Hariyali Chicken Tikka Ingredients: 800 grams Boneless chicken 2-3 Green  chillies roughly chopped Fresh mint leaves roughly chopped Coriander leaves roughly chopped 6-8 cloves Garlic roughly chopped 1 tsp Ginger roughly chopped 1 inch pieceFenugreek seeds (methi dana) 1 tsp Fennel seeds (saunf) 2 tbsp Coriander seeds 1 tsp Cumin seeds 1/4 cup Yogurt Salt to taste 1 tsp Garam Masala powder 2 medium Onions grated Method: 1. Grind the green chillies, chopped fresh coriander and mint leaves with the garlic, ginger and soaked poppy seeds to a fine and smooth paste. 2. Dry roast the fenugreek seeds, fennel seeds, coriander seeds and cumin seeds lightly on a tawa and grind to a powder. 3. Mix the chicken pieces, green masala paste, skimmed milk yogurt, salt to taste, freshly ground dry spice powder and garam masala powder. 4. Refrigerate and leave to marinate for an hour. 5. No Bake Vanilla Tart

An easy to make, no bake vanilla tart recipe which is a hit in my house and loved by all. Vanilla Tart Ingredients: 500 ml / 1/2 liter whole milk 50 g melted butter Crushed white cookies (I used Marie biscuits and a few cinnamon ones as they go well with vanilla) 1 vanilla pudding mix Fruits (black grapes, kiwi, strawberries) Vanilla essence 2 drops Method: 1. Pour melted butter over your crushed cookies. Mix with a spoon until it's mixed evenly. The consistency should resemble wet sand (you may need to adjust your butter quantity). 2. Pour the base directly into the tart shell. Press the cookie base down firmly into the tin, and press it high against the walls. Use a small mason jar to ensure that it's well compact. 3. After a session of squash or tennis, your child deserves a glass of chilled cold coffee to quench the thirst. Pamper your child with this easy and quick recipe for cold coffee milk shake made with coffee, milk and vanilla ice-cream. Perfect recipe for the hot summer! Ingredients: 1 glass of cold milk (you can take full cream milk) 2 tsp of instant coffee (I used Nescafé gold) 3 scoops vanilla ice cream Chocolate syrup Method: 1. Take coffee and milk in a blender jar and blend nicely. 2. You can add sugar if you want, I avoid. 3. Now add two scoops of ice cream until frothy. 4. Pour in glass and top it off with a scoop of ice cream. Garnish with chocolate syrup and serve immediately!

Palak Chola Tikkis

Spinach is full of vitamins and minerals, and white chana (chickpeas) are good source of proteins. Serving spinach in the form of cutlets or kababs, to kids who don't like eating greens can be a great idea. Chickpeas in this recipe gives a nice texture to the cutlets and adds the protein portion too. It absorbs the spinach water so helps in binding and shaping cutlets easily. Baked this chocolate bundt cake for my lifeline, my daughter's birthday and she loved it! Chocolate Cake Ingredients: 1. One cup A.P.F (all purpose flour/maida) 2. Milk powder 25gm 3. A pinch of salt 4. half tspn baking powder 5. half tspn baking soda 6. half cup vegetable oil 7. half cup powdered sugar 8. half tspn vanilla essence 9. milk for consistency (one cup) 10. half tspn butter 11. cocoa powder 2tbspn 12. Orange juice is a healthy choice after a work out, with your meals or just at any time of the day! It's a perfect drink to quench your thirst and also to keep yourself cool during summers. Orange Juice You just need a nice juicer or a blender. One can add sugar if the oranges are sour and alternatively sugar can be replaced with honey too. For this one glass of juice I have used: 3 oranges 1tsp lemon juice 1/2 tsp honey Method: 1. Peel the oranges and take the orange segments in a mixie jar or blender jar. 2. Now add 1 tbsp lemon juice.  This will balance the sourness, but you can skip if you want. 3. Avoid over blending as the seeds would get crushed along with and will give a bitter taste to the juice. 4. Hung curd is basically just yogurt drained of all its water and is very easy to make at home. It can be used in a verity of things but here I have used them to make Hung curd kababs using dried nuts. Dahi ke Kabab So here goes the recipe... Ingredients: 1 cup Hung Curd made with hanging normal plain curd in a cotton cloth for about 4-5 hours. Coconut is considered as an auspicious fruit in India for many occasions. My mom used to make coconut barfi and laddoos in different flavors. Here I present them to you in kesariya or saffron flavor. Kesariya (Saffron) Coconut Barfi Time Taken: 20 minutes Ingredients: 1 grated coconut 1 can condensed milk 8-10 powdered cashews 2 tsp cardamom powder Slivered pistachio (as per liking) 8 -10 saffron strands 1 tbsp hot milk (to mix with saffron) 1 tbsp pure ghee/oil (to grease the plate later) Method: 1. In a nonstick pan heat ghee and add grated coconut and stir fry it. Stir continously for a few seconds. Be careful, the color of the coconut should not change. 2. Now add condensed milk and stir it again. 3. Mix saffron in one spoon of hot milk and mix in the mixture. This will give a nice color and flavor to the barfi. 4. Pull apart Garlic Rolls Ingredients for dough: 3 cups - All purpose flour (APF) 1 tbsp - dry yeast 1 tsp - salt 2 tbsp - sugar 3 tbsp - oil 1 cup - warm water (adjust as per requirement) 2-3 tsp - dried oregano 1 tsp - dried rosemary Ingredients for garlic spread: 10tbsp - Unsalted butter 12 big cloves of garlic (grated) 2 tsp - Italian seasoning Salt to taste 5 tbsp - finally chopped coriander leaves Method: 1. An easy to make, cool and refreshing drink to beat the heat this summer! ☼ Cucumber and Mint Lassi Ingredients: 1 big cucumber 1/2 cup cleaned mint leaves 1/2 cup yogurt 1/2 tsp rasted cumin powder 1/4 tsp black pepper powder 14 tsp chaat masala powder Salt to taste Method: 1. Wash and chop the cucumber. Peel as per liking. 2. Now in a blender add yogurt, chopped cucumber, mint leaves, cumin powder, black pepper and salt. 3. A super easy and refreshing summer drink to keep you cool on those sultry hot summer days! Mint & Coconut Cooler Ingredients: 1 cup clean mint leaves 1 kiwi 1 tin of coconut water (preferably with coconut pieces) Black salt to taste Sugar (optional) 1/4 tsp roasted cumin powder Ice cubes (optional) Method: 1. Blend all the ingredients together in a blender till smooth. 2. Strain as per your liking. However, I did not strain and kept the coconut chunks for extra flavor. 3. Pour into the glass, add crushed ice (if required) and garnish with mint leaves and cumin powder as per your liking. Serve chilled.
