Hariyali Chicken Tikka Ingredients: 800 grams Boneless chicken 2-3 Green chillies roughly chopped Fresh mint leaves roughly chopped Coriander leaves roughly chopped 6-8 cloves Garlic roughly chopped 1 tsp Ginger roughly chopped 1 inch pieceFenugreek seeds (methi dana) 1 tsp Fennel seeds (saunf) 2 tbsp Coriander seeds 1 tsp Cumin seeds 1/4 cup Yogurt Salt to taste 1 tsp Garam Masala powder 2 medium Onions grated Method: 1. Grind the green chillies, chopped fresh coriander and mint leaves with the garlic, ginger and soaked poppy seeds to a fine and smooth paste. 2. Dry roast the fenugreek seeds, fennel seeds, coriander seeds and cumin seeds lightly on a tawa and grind to a powder. 3. Mix the chicken pieces, green masala paste, skimmed milk yogurt, salt to taste, freshly ground dry spice powder and garam masala powder. 4. Refrigerate and leave to marinate for an hour. 5.
