Craving dahi vadas while fasting during Navratri? Try out this recipe of falahari dahi vadas! Falahari Dahi Vada Ingredients: 1 cup Samak Rice powder 2 Boiled and mashed potatoes 1/4 cup roasted Fox nuts 1 tbsp  green chilies and ginger paste 3 tbsp Finely chopped coriander 1 tsp Cumin seeds Oil for deep frying Sendha salt as per taste 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder 2 cups Beaten curd 1/4 tsp sugar (optional) 1/4 tsp red chilli powder For Tempering: 1 tsp oil 2 Whole red chilies 1 tsp Jeera 1 sprigs Curry leaves 1 tbsp peanuts Method: 1. Dry roast fox nuts till crisp and grind them into to a coarse powder. 2. Now, in a deep pan, take 1 cup water add salt and bring it to boil. 3. A quick and easy milk cake recipe, made with milk powder but tastes exactly like the traditional Halwai wala milk cake! Milk Powder ki Mithai Ingredients: Milk powder 8-10 tablespoons Clarified butter 2 tablespoons Sugar 5 tablespoons (can add or reduce as per your liking) Green cardamom powder Slivered Pistachios 5-6 Water to make batter Method: 1. Take milk powder and ghee in a steel box which has a tight lid. Mix little water to make a lump-free batter. The consistency of batter shouldn't neither be thick nor runny. 2. Next up, pour a glass of water in a big pressure cooker and place a stand in it (just like we keep while making Dhokla). 3. Now, cover the box with its lid tightly secured and put it on the stand. Cover your pressure cooker with the whistle. 4. Keep the cooker on low flame and let it whistle atleast 5-6 times. Once done, switch off the flame and let the pressure release. 5.
