Cold Coffee Shake

After a session of squash or tennis, your child deserves a glass of chilled cold coffee to quench the thirst. Pamper your child with this easy and quick recipe for cold coffee milk shake made with coffee, milk and vanilla ice-cream. Perfect recipe for the hot summer!



Ingredients:
1 glass of cold milk (you can take full cream milk)
2 tsp of instant coffee (I used Nescafé gold)
3 scoops vanilla ice cream
Chocolate syrup

Method:

1. Take coffee and milk in a blender jar and blend nicely.

2. You can add sugar if you want, I avoid.

3. Now add two scoops of ice cream until frothy.

4. Pour in glass and top it off with a scoop of ice cream.

Garnish with chocolate syrup and serve immediately!
