Orange Juice
Orange juice is a healthy choice after a work out, with your meals or just at any time of the day! It's a perfect drink to quench your thirst and also to keep yourself cool during summers.
You just need a nice juicer or a blender. One can add sugar if the oranges are sour and alternatively sugar can be replaced with honey too.
For this one glass of juice I have used:
3 oranges
1tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp honey
Method:
1. Peel the oranges and take the orange segments in a mixie jar or blender jar.
2. Now add 1 tbsp lemon juice. This will balance the sourness, but you can skip if you want.
3. Avoid over blending as the seeds would get crushed along with and will give a bitter taste to the juice.
4. Keep a strainer over a big bowl and pour the pulpy juice to get strained one in the bowl kept below.
5.Keep pressing the pulp with the help of a broad spoon so that juice can be extracted well.
6. Now pour the juice in the serving glass and mix honey into it.
Serve immediately and enjoy! You can add ice cubes too as per your liking.
