Pasta Sauce

Image
A simple and easy pizza / pasta sauce recipe! Ingredients: 4-5 tomatoes 2 white onions finely chopped 7-8 garlic pods finely chopped 2 Tbsp olive oil 1 Tbsp sugar(one can add little more too) 2 Tbsp tomato paste 1 Tbsp dried basil Method: 1. Take olive oil in a pan and add garlic and onions to it. 2. In another pan, keep the tomatoes for boiling with a slight slit on them. Keep turning them so that they are done evenly. 3. When they are done, set them aside to cool down. Once they cool down, remove the skin. We remove the skin so that when tomatoes get cooked, you don’t need to blend them in a mixer. They will get mushy enough for the sauce. 4. Next, chop them and put them in the pan with garlic and onions. 5. Now add the rest of the ingredients and add 1-2 cups of water to it. Let it simmer on low flame. 6. Once the tomatoes are mushy you can mash everything together with a potato masher and you will get a nice, thick sauce ready to use for your pasta. 7....

Add sugar and ice-cubes to the cubes and give it a nice churn till it reaches a thick paste-like consistency. 4. Now add milk to it and blend until it is smooth and creamy. Make sure there are no mango chunks in it. 5. Pour prepared shake into serving glasses, garnish with cashews, almonds, some tutti fruti and a scoop of ice cream and serve! Notes: 1. I churn mango alone before adding the milk so that the mango threads get crushed nicely as my kids don’t like it while drinking. 2. The color of the drink depends upon the color of the mangoes.
