Vegetables Sesame Nuggets

Ingredients:

2 large boiled and mashed potatoes
2-3 tablespoons oil for pan frying
1 medium carrot, peeled, grated
1/2 cup peas, boiled and slightly mashed
1/4 cup blanched and grated broccoli
1/2 cup crumbled paneer
1/4 cup oats powder
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup green Coriander leaves
1 tbsp ginger and green chili paste
Salt to taste
1 tsp Red chili powder
1/2 cup sesame seeds

For coating:
* Make a lump free slurry of 2 tbsp flour  and 2 tbsp corn flour
* 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

For serving:
* Sweet chilli sauce and green chutney to serve

For garnishing:
* Green Coriander leaves for garnish with some salad

Method:

1. Take all the ingredients except chutneys and salad in a bowl an mix nicely so that they get well blended

2. Now make a log type dough on a flat surface and cut the desired size pieces.

3. Roll the pieces on the sesame seeds.

4. Dip each piece in the slurry and place them on breadcrumbs (add some sesame in breadcrumbs too). Coat the pieces nicely and place  them back on the plate.

5.  Refrigerate it for about 15-20 minutes so that the pieces can set.

6. Either deep fry or pan fry them till they turn golden brown and crispy.

Your vegetable sesame nuggets are ready! Serve hot and enjoy with chutneys of your choice!
