Sprouts & Channa (chickpeas) Cutlets

A healthy and delicious snack that everyone will love!


Ingredients:

Green moong sprouts - 1.5 cup
Boiled chick peas - 1.5 cup
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder - as per your liking
Chopped onion - 1
Green corriander leaves - 1/2 cup
Green chilli - 1 (optional)
Besan (Gram flour) - 2 tbsp

Method:

1. Mashe the chickpeas and sprouts nicely in blender.

2. Then add salt and red chilli powder, chopped onion, green coriander leaves, green chilli (optional) and besan. No potato is used in this recipe.

3. Make the cutlets by giving a round cutlet shape to the dough.

4. Shallow fried the cutlets on a non stick pan and serve with salad and any condiments of your choice!

PS - You can even deep fry the cutlets if you want instead of shallow frying them.
