Watermelon Sorbet

Watermelon sorbet is a yummy and quick recipe to make for the summers! A delicious way to beat the heat! 😉


Ingredients:

2 cups seedless, cubed watermelon
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Method:

1. Take a saucepan, add sugar and water to a boil.

2. Cook and stir until sugar is dissolved.

3. Once sugar is dissolved keep it aside.

4. Now in a blender, churn watermelon to make puree.

5. Next, in this watermelon purée stir in the sugar syrup and lemon juice.

6. Pour this mix in a tray and freeze. I used silicon moulds for freezing

Serve chilled!
